Dr. Tin Wai Kwan
Dr. Kwan has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 20 years and has spent many years in Victoria and the Western Communities. She is passionate about caring for our littlest family members which includes bunnies and exotics.
Tin believes in giving back and helps outs at Vets for Pets, providing free veterinary care for downtown residents.
She has a cheeky cockatiel named "Cutie", and a rescue dog named "Peanut".

Dr. Sarah McTavish
Dr. Sarah McTavish graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2001 in Guelph, Ontario. Shortly after graduation she joined a clinic in London, ON and eventually went on to become an owner of the practice. A vacation to Vancouver island in 2015 made her realize that she was destined for island life. She made the cross-country journey in 2016 with her dog and two cats.
Sarah has interests in all aspects of small animal practice but is especially passionate about feline medicine, fear free protocols, pain management and senior care.

Jolene, Registered Veterinary Technician
Jolene is a graduate of Northern College’s Veterinary Technician Program and brings with her over 15 years of experience in veterinary and emergency practices. Her professional interests include wildlife, anesthesia and volunteering for veterinary charities. Her personal interests include upcycling furniture, textile crafts, camping and hiking. Jolene shares her home with her husband, two children, three chickens (Sophia, Rose and Blanche), and two cats (Swayze and Scarlett).

Christina, Registered Veterinary Technician
Christina has been a Veterinary Technician since 2003 and moved to Victoria from Montréal soon after graduating to study Biology and Environmental Studies at the University of Victoria. She has worked part-time in local veterinary clinics since she moved here and has been a Wildlife Rehabilitator at BC SPCA Wild ARC for nearly 15 years. Wildlife and companion/exotic animal care and welfare is a passion of hers.

Lindsay, Client Care Specialist
Lindsay graduated from the Medical Office Assistant program at Camosun College in 2015 and has been a lifelong pet lover. Lindsay rescued Misty the Cornish Rex in February 2016 and they have been best friends ever since. When she isn’t at her desk, she enjoys singing, and watching Netflix with Misty.

Brittany, Veterinary Assistant
Brittany is a veterinary assistant with a background in biology and environmental technology, and has a passion for animals and nature. She has a pit bull mix Baloo and a Madagascar boa snake Stella!
