Fill out the form below to request a refill of your pet’s currently prescribed medication. Please allow at least 2 to 3 days for in-stock medications and 7 days for special order or compounded medications.

A veterinarian must authorize all refill requests before they can be filled. We will contact you once your refill is authorized. 

Note: Some medications may need monitoring measures such as an exam or bloodwork prior to being refilled. This ensures your pet is tolerating the medication well and the dosage is still appropriate.
